Camille teaches intelligently designed class sequences that are influenced by her training foundation in both Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga. Her classes incorporate dynamic flowing postures with an emphasis on alignment, strength and flexibility.

Camille has been practicing yoga for over twenty years and has received her training from Yoga Works in Santa Monica, California and Kripalu Center for Health. Her teaching style has been influenced by her teachers Sharon Gannon and David Life of Jivamukti in NYC, Shiva Rea in Venice, CA and most of all Bryan Kest, Ally Hamilton and Govinddas of Bryan Kest’s Power Yoga in Santa Monica, CA.
Yoga Training is available for one-on-one and group sessions. Each one-on-one session is individualized to the practitioner’s level of skill.

Yoga Training and Life Coaching – Your 3 month commitment to design the life, mind and body connection you are looking for.
This program consists of private yoga training once a week complimented with three 30 minute life coaching sessions per month, either in person or via telephone or skype.

YOGA WORKSHOPS AVAILBLE
Transformational Vinyasa Flow: Using Body Integrated Coaching and Yoga to employ and deeply embody life changes. In this three hour workshop, clients will first experience coaching tools through conversation and guided visualization to help clarify the changes they want to make, outline a DO-ABLE goal list, and implement a WORKABLE plan of action. We will also discuss the power of utilizaing imagery and vision boards. The class is then led through a powerful vinyasa flow class where they will explore the somactic connection to their goals, where the inner wisdom and knowledge of the body can be used as a physical structure of support to reach those goals.
